Do you repair devices or remove viruses?
We focus on setup and teaching. If you need repairs or virus removal, we’ll refer you to someone who does that work.
What if I live outside DeSoto County?
Call or text first. We’ll confirm if we can visit and agree on the price, including any travel charge, before booking. The $89 checkup and $79 offer are for visits in DeSoto County.
What should I know about privacy and safety?
You enter your own passwords. We ask before changing settings. Please don’t text passwords or security codes.
